Nicol Fiala

Nicol Fiala has served in a variety of key positions for a wide range of New York City companies implementing efficient organizational practices, as well as developing strategic administrative and financial initiatives. She also spent a number of years managing both media and high-end architectural design service practices, and brings to Pearce Strategic a wide breadth of experience and talent.

As Pearce's Administrator and COO, she is responsible for overseeing administration and finance and managing day-to-day operations.

She holds a BA from Saint Peter’s College and an MA in International Business and Trade from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Nicol is fluent in Czech and lives in Brooklyn, New York.
